PARTNERS ARIZONA ANNOUNCES GRANT CYCLE
(February 26, 2008 – Phoenix, AZ) Social Venture Partners Arizona, (SVPAZ), a
Phoenix-based venture philanthropy network, will be seeking grant applications
from qualified nonprofits or organizations serving the metropolitan Phoenix area focusing on children’s resiliency. The
funding priority includes:

Organizations with services/and or programs that
build resiliency in children by preparing them, from birth to third grade, to
learn or become more proficient readers
All types of proposals in this
area including after school, school-based or independent organizations are
welcome.
Requests
for up to $30,000 will be considered for general operating support. Those
wishing to apply for the current grant cycle should complete an online
application at The Arizona Community Foundation,
https://www.azfoundation.org/rfp/index.xpl. The cycle will be open
for applications until March 18, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.

and talent in early-stage nonprofit organizations and then apply their human
